Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns unless the product is defective.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items are missing, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Nature’s Rhythm is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Be sure to inspect your Nature’s Rhythm products closely prior to any use and never use any product that appears defective. If you believe a product sold by Nature’s Rhythm has a condition or defect that might make it unsafe, please report this safety concern immediately via telephone at 859-749-9047 or via email at [email protected]. Note that small imperfections that do not affect durability or function, such as settling of the contents of food products, are to be expected and are not considered product defects.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the event that the product is deemed to be defective, Nature’s Rhythm will cover the outbound and inbound cost of shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges (if applicable)
